Since the beginning of the year, I've been working on a fancy dress costume for Textiles at school. When I was deciding over what pattern I wanted to use, I chose something that suited my personality and something I would have fun making. This is the pattern I ended up getting:
I decided to do that one in the top-left corner because i thought the colours were really nice and looked very fashionable. After 1 term, here is the result :)

I think it's actually the best thing I've ever made so far. I've never really loved any of the things we made in Textiles before - summer dress: i don't like dresses - pyjamas: i don't wear proper pyjamas - bag: never will use in my life.
But this time the costume turned out very nicely and I had a lot of fun in the process of making it :) Which proves what I have always believed - you have to be passionate in order to do good.
